Dear Parkshore III Neighbors,
Welcome to a new year. We certainly got to enjoy a beautiful white beginning to 2025.
We are very thankful for all of our generous neighbors who entrust us to oversee the landscaping in the common areas / islands and the funds available for this upkeep. As in the past, we are asking for each of you to consider making an annual contribution of at least $100 to be able to continue these needed services, which include new pine straw, tree trimming, upkeep of pampas grass as well as landscaping maintenance of our common areas. In addition, last year we added some Plumbago bushes to the front entrance sign area.
If you can help with the landscaping fund, please send your checks to our Treasurer at 10 Charing Cross Road, and make payable to Parkshore III Neighborhood Association.
Thank you in advance for participating in making our neighborhood a great place to live. We look forward to seeing everyone at the block party again this year.
