Our Neighborhood Potluck Block Party will be held Saturday, March 28th from 3-6 pm. We’re hoping to beat the heat a bit by hosting the party a little earlier this year! We’ll gather at the cul de sac at the end of Leicester Road. This is a great time to renew friendships and meet new neighbors. Hot dogs, condiments, paper plates / cups / utensils, and non-alcoholic beverages (etc.) will be provided, but please consider bringing a covered dish or dessert to share. Please feel free to bring a portable chair as well! All Parkshore III residents are welcome!
Many thanks to our Parkshore III neighbors who help keep our little community looking great by supporting the voluntary landscaping fund. Without your support, we wouldn’t have the neighborhood islands trimmed, planted, and mulched. We are grateful to all of our families who have already contributed and hope you will continue to contribute to the 2026 fund if you haven’t already done so. The suggested donation is $100, but any amount is very much appreciated. Donations can be made to Parkshore III HOA and delivered to Lexi Frazier at 14 Leichester Road.
